First Time Home Buyer Loans and Mortgages in Twin Cities | MN

by Alec Grebis |

First time home buyers in Minnesota have access to some of the best first time buyer loans in the entire country.  Don’t get scared away from using a mortgage with special benefits or even a traditional government loan because some mortgage dude doesn’t know how to do them and makes them sound too hard to get.  Some mortgage companies actually train their people how to scare buyers away from doing these loans.  Why?  Because they don’t have access to them–or at least can’t do them well.

There are so many of these mortgages we broke them into categories based on what type of government is offering them.

I have built my fifteen year career around helping first time home buyers in the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota use these special loans with down payment assistance, lower interest rates and other features.  I have been asked to sit on advisory groups about what should be in these programs, and have been asked to test out new loan programs before others have even been given access to them.  I promise you that we will make sure you know about special first time buyer loans you are eligible for if you choose to work with Sweet Home Minnesota when buying your first home in the Twin Cities.
