What’s New?

Are you a First Time Home Buyer?  The State of Minnesota raised the income limit by over $16,000 for the Minnesota Mortgage Program recently.  Thousands more first time home buyers are now eligible for this loan.  If you are a first time home buyer in the Twin Cities you should check with us to see if you are eligible for this special loan with a extra low interest rate. The Most Requested Information from our audience is tied to the Fix Up Fund ( the rebate money of up to $10,000 for energy efficiency repairs has been used up).  Here is a link to the information on the Fix Up Fund (you can also find them in the Blog under Home Care).

We have several programs offered by Sweet Home Services now. All of these can be ordered now (follow the links to the individual programs or use this link to the Home Services main page).  The programs were designed around requests we have received from our audience.  They are:

• Design Sense-meet with you in your home to decide what to do to help you Love Where You Live
• Green Screen-Infrared Thermal Camera shows energy leaks and receive a plan on how to fix the problems
